When choosing the right crampons, you must always consider the size of the shoe, not the size of the foot.

The manufacturers have tried to make your Camp Ice Master crampons absolutely safe with an offer of maximum support. This means they have six large spikes in the front under the toe plus two small ones, and three or four spikes in the back under the heel - depending on the brand. This provides better support when going uphill or vice versa. It is not recommended to walk on asphalt with them. There is a risk of destroying the spikes. They are held in place by non-slip rubber (threaded onto the shoe) and lugs in the construction that rest on the sole pattern. The spikes themselves are connected to the rubber by chains and everything is secured by a strip across the headband. It also includes a storage sleeve, which is invaluable, especially if you are carrying clothes that are more prone to tearing, such as a down jacket, in your backpack.
