When can I use the e-shop?

E-shop is open 24 hours a day, this means that orders can be sent at any time of the day. You can call send questions by email to the address adamsport@adamsport.store. We will try to answer your questions as soon as possible or we will contact you by phone.

 

How do I know whether the goods are in stock on e-shop?

90% of the products we have in stock is at the store, this means that it will be delivered as soon as possible. So is the type, length, size and colors that our page shows you are available. In case you saw the goods on our e-shop and on the subsequent viewing saw you are no longer able to see it, it is because they are momentarily sold out, but once it is available, goods will be displayed. However, if you are not sure, use our information hotline and ask questions. In the case that the goods are for preview, but not stock contact our team who will advise on the availability and purchase.

 

How do I know the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order by logging into your account. As soon as we send your order, we will send you an e-mail about the sending of the order to your e-mail address.

 

Can I get your goods delivered to any other address as the home?

Yes, if you're at work during the day and you want the courier deliver the order there, you can. When filling out the order form to use the option of delivery to another address as a contact.

 

Can the ordered goods be exchanged or returned in a physical store?

You can only exchange goods from our e-shop for the same goods of a different size or length at the store. If you are interested in other goods, the goods you brought can only be returned. For that, we return the money to the account.

How many days do I have to return the goods?

You can choose the delivery method yourself - by courier service GLS, Packeta, or you can choose a pick-up at the store.

 

I ordered from abroad, will be the goods delivered here?

An order outside the Slovak Republic is possible and we will be happy to send it to you, you have the choice of delivery by Packeta or GLS courier service (fees depend on the distance from the Slovak Republic).
